After sending your application we will start the initial screening. We will review your qualifications. If your application matches our requirements we will contact you for a phone screening or a first interview with us. This step is crucial to ensure both sides feel to be on the right track.

Candidates who progress are invited to a second interview where you will meet your potential future manager also our HR Manager will be participating. We will gain a deeper understanding of your skills and personal qualities, while you get a chance to see if we are the right employer for you.

After successful interviews, we will contact your references to gain deeper insight into your previous experiences and personal qualities. These are always done with your approval before the check is carried out.

If everything goes according to plan and you are deemed the best fit for the role, we will extend an offer of employment to you.
